PfMP 项目组合管理
项目组合管理（Project Portfolio Management）作为美国项目管理协会推出的项目决策层与多项目管理层的管理标准，是面向企业高层管理者和项目组合管理专业人士的标准，已经在全球领先的500强公司得到了相应的应用。在国内，项目组合管理目前仅仅还是初步认知的水平，但随着推广的深入，也将会得到了越来越多企业的认可，用来指导在复杂的企业经营环境中，如何通过项目组合管理来实现企业战略方向和商业价值最大化。
